Now all trademark application shall be processed automatically without delay.

Jordanian Amended Trademark Law No. (29) For the year 2007.

The new amendments of the referenced Law have been published in the Official Gazette, No. 4823 of May 2007.

The amended Law No. (29) For the year 2007 covers trademarks International registration under Madrid Protocol under Articles 42, 43, 44 & 45.

The new amendments will be activated after thirty days of their publication in the official Gazette.
