According to the Jordanian Industrial design and models Law an
industrial design is defined as follows:
"'Any Make-up or arrangement of
lines, which gives the product a special appearance and appeal,
whether attained by use of machine, or manually, including textile
designs".
As for the Industrial Model:
"Any dimensional form, whether
associated with lines or colors or not, which gives a special
appearance, that may be used for industrial or handicraft
purposes".
